In the state of Arizona, the traffic laws are encoded in Title 28 of the Revised Statutes. This title is known as "Transportation" and it regulates the roadways and vehicles in the state. There are are 20 chapters contained within this title, though we will only approach a few in this website that are important to traffic violations and DUI. This site will approach chapters 4, 5, and 6 of Title 28. They are known as:

This is only a fraction of Title 28, but it may at least be of some assistance to initially provide some guidance of how you should proceed if you have any of these questions.
